ANALISIS PENERAPAN KESEHATAN LINGKUNGAN PROGRAM PASAR SEHAT DI WILAYAH KECAMATAN KEMUNING KOTA PALEMBANG
Market environmental health has a role in the spread of various diseases through transmission between humans and unhealthy market environmental conditions. Organizing healthy markets is one of the steps to prevent the risk of spreading disease in the community. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the healthy market program through the aspects of health, security, and environmental health control of the people's market, Kemuning District, Palembang City. This study uses a qualitative study approach. The research informants consisted of 18 people including the head of the market manager, cleaners, parking attendants, and traders. Selection of informants using a purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, measurement, and observation. Measurements were made on the level of water turbidity, dissolved substances in water, lighting, temperature, and humidity. Data processing is described in the form of a transcript in the form of a narrative with the grouping of the variables studied. Data validity uses source, method, and data triangulation techniques. The results showed that most aspects of the health and security of the people's market, Kemuning District, Palembang City, did not meet the requirements of the healthy market program on-air media, food safety, facilities and buildings, waste management, and waste management. The environmental health control aspect of the people's market, Kemuning District, Palembang City does not meet the requirements of the healthy market program because most of the markets studied did not carry out disinfection to control vectors and disease-carrying animals. It is hoped that each head of the people's market manager, Kemuning District, Palembang City, will repair damage and deficiencies such as in facilities and buildings, control physical air quality, storage of wet food, waste management, wastewater management, and control vectors and disease-carrying animals.
