HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI TENTANG MUTU PELAYANAN TERHADAP MINAT KUNJUNGAN ULANG PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RSUD DEPATI BAHRIN KABUPATEN BANGKA PROVINSI KEPULAUAN BANGKA BELITUNG.
Quality health services are health services that are needed and desired by patients. The quality of health services refers to the level of health services in creating patient satisfaction which will increase patient interest in making repeat visits. Based on a survey of inpatient service satisfaction at Depati Bahrin Hospital in 2022, out of 83 patiens who received treatmeant at the inpatient unit, it showed that as many as 50 patients (60,2%) expressed dissatisfaction and as many as 33 patients (39.3) expressed satisfaction with the service provided given. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of patient perceptions of service quality on intention to revisit inpatient care at Depati Bahrin Hospital, Bangka Regency. This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all inpatients at Depati Bahrin General Hospital, Bangka Regency and the sample size used was 106 people taken by purposive sampling technique.
