The results of the research by “Jaringan Transgender Indonesia” state that transgender people are a vulnerable group affected by the various changes that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to summarize research results related to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on transgender people using the Systematic Literature Review method. A literature search was performed on the PubMed and ‘ScienceDirect using keywords and Boolean logic. Inclusion criteria: Indonesian or English and relevant to the topic of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on transgender people. Exclusion criteria: not journal type, full text not available, year of publication outside the 2019-2023 range, and not relevant to the topic. Assessment of study quality was carried out using The JBI Critical Appraisal Tools guidelines. 13 literatures were systematically reviewed and data compiled in the form of extraction tables with the results presented using thematic analysis techniques. The results showed that the COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on transgender mental health (10 literature or 76.9%), access to transgender health services (8 literature or 61.5%), and transgender socio-economic (10 literature or 76.9%). In conclusion, the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on mental health, access to health services, and the socioeconomic status of transgender. Therefore, cooperation between the government and various parties is needed to disseminate information to the public regarding transgender anti-discrimination to reduce the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on this vulnerable group.
