UJI AKTIVITAS ANALGETIK EKSTRAK ETANOL DAUN SEMPRAWANG (Dillenia ochreata) PADA TIKUS PUTIH JANTAN GALUR WISTAR DENGAN METODE HOT PLATE
The ethanol extract of Dillenia ochreata leaves contains secondary metabolites such as triterpenoids, steroids, phenolics and flavonoids which have potential as analgesics with the ability to inhibit prostaglandins as the main mediators of pain. The aims of this study to determine the best dose of the ethanol extract from D. ochreata leaves through the hot plate test, to determine the location of action of the ethanol extract from D. ochreata leaves through the formalin test and to determine the analgesic action of the ethanol extract from D. ochreata leaves through multiple receptors. Analgesic test by hot plate method uses 25 male Wistar rats which were divided into 5 treatment groups. The negative control group was given 1% Na CMC, the positive control group was given 4.5 mg/Kg BW diclofenac sodium, and the test group was given D. ochreata ethanol extract leaves at doses of 100, 200, and 400 mg/KgBW. While the formalin method and evaluation of the mechanism action of analgesics through 3 receptors each used 12 male white rats with 2 treatment groups. Research shows that the ethanol extract of D. ochreata leaves had significant analgesic action by ANOVA (p
