ANALISIS HUBUNGAN FAKTOR INDIVIDU DAN FAKTOR ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA KESEHATAN DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS DEMPO KOTA PALEMBANG
Dempo Health Center is one of the plenary accredited public health centers in Palembang City, but there is an identified shortage of health workers. This study aims to analyze the relationship between individual factors and organizational factors on the performance of health workers at the Dempo Health Center in Palembang City. This study used a cross sectional design. The sample is health workers, totaling 46 people selected by total sampling technique. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire instrument by conducting interviews with respondents. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with Fisher's exact test. The results showed that most of the health workers at the Dempo Health Center had good performance (52.4%). It was known that there was no relationship between age, gender, education, years of service, relationships between colleagues and task structure with the performance of health workers, but there was the relationship between leadership (p-0.010), rewards (p-0.03) and facilities and means (p-0.018) with the performance of health workers, facilities and facilities are the most influential factors on the performance of health workers at the Dempo Health Center as indicated by the value of the prevalence ratio (PR) < 1, namely 0.405. Therefore, it is suggested that public health center need to pay attention to the completeness of facilities and facilities, especially in service rooms to create a comfortable atmosphere for both health workers and for visitors/patients.
