Public interest and enthusiasm for the COVID-19 booster vaccination tends to be low, as seen from the coverage rate for booster vaccinations in Indonesia, which had only reached 25.84% on 31 August 2022. The immunity can decrease over time but there are also additional cases of COVID-19. Google Trends can be used as a monitoring tool for people's interests on the internet over time. This study aims to assess the relationship between public interest related to COVID-19 booster vaccination, especially for schedules, locations, and side related to the COVID-19 booster vaccination, especially for schedules, locations, and side effects and the addition of COVID-19 cases with the number of administration of the third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine in Indonesia. A mixed-method research approach with an explanatory design and cross-sectional was applied. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using Spearman Rho and with additional lag (+) analysis. The results showed that the highest search peaks were on March 24, 2022 for schedule and location keywords and March 30, 2022 for side effects.
