FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KERAGAMAN KONSUMSI PANGAN PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI SMA N 4 MUARO JAMBI
Adolescent girls are a group that is vulnerable to nutrition because in this age group there is rapid growth and development, so it is necessary to pay attention to nutritional intake because malnutrition in this phase can cause permanent nutritional problems. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with the diversity of food consumption in adolescent girls at SMA N 4 Muaro Jambi. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique was carried out using simple random sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 63 adolescent girls. The results of this study showed that most of the respondents did not eat a variety of foods (73%), while 27% of the other respondents consumed a variety of foods. There is no relationship between knowledge of balanced nutrition, parental income, mother's education, and family size on the diversity of food consumption (p=0.719; p=1,000; p=0.623; p=1,000). In this study it was found that there was a lack of diverse food consumption in adolescent girls. Knowledge of balanced nutrition, parental income, and mother's education have no relationship with the diversity of food consumption among adolescent girls at SMA N 4 Muaro Jambi. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that adolescent girls will increase their consumption of various types of food from various food groups
