Bokashi is an alternative solution which is made by fermenting organic matter with EM4. One of the potential organic matter is banana stems whose existence is abundant and considered as waste. In addition, based on several studies, pond water waste contains nutrients that can help plant growth, so it can be used for watering. This study was conducted by combined the use of organic waste for making bokashi as a planting medium and tilapia pond water waste as a source of watering with the aim of determining its effect on kailan plants growth. Kailan plant (Brassica oleracea) has high nutritional value as well as economic value. the procedure of this research is making bokashi, planting, data collection, and data analysis using Anova the followed by 5% LSD further test. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the treatment of organic waste bokashi planting media had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, and wet weight of plants. Meanwhile, the treatment of watering tilapia pond water has a significant effect on the height and weight parameters of plant height, dan wet weight of Kailan. And the interaction of the two treatments has a significant effect on the weight of Kailan. Keywords : Bokashi, Organic Waste, Tilapia Pond Water, Plant Growth, Kailan (Brassica oleracea). Sehingga diperlukan adanya solusi alternatif, yaitu bokashi yang dibuat dengan cara memfermentasikan bahan organik dengan EM4. Salah satu bahan organik yang dapat potensial adalah batang pisang yang keberadaannya melimpah dan dianggap sebagai limbah. Selain itu berdasarkan beberapa penelitian, limbah air kolam mengandung unsur hara yang dapat membantu pertumbuhan tanaman, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai air penyiraman. Oleh sebab itu dilaksanakan penelitian yang mengkombinasikan penggunaan limbah organik untuk pembuatan bokashi sebagai media tanam dan limbah air kolam ikan nila sebagai sumber air penyiraman dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman kailan. Tanaman Kalian (Brassica oleracea) dipilih karena memiliki nilai gizi serta nilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi pembuatan bokashi, penanaman, pengumpulan data, dan analisis data menggunakan Anova dan uji lanjut BNT 5%. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa perlakuan media tanam bokashi limbah organik berpengaruh nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan bobot basah tanaman. Sedangkan perlakuan penyiraman air kolam ikan nila berpengaruh nyata pada parameter tinggi dan bobot tanaman kailan. Serta interaksi kedua perlakuan berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot tanaman kailan. Kata Kunci : Bokashi, Limbah Organik, Limbah Air Kolam Ikan Nila, Pertumbuhan Tanaman, Kailan (Brassica oleracea).
