Warm Mix Asphalt is a technology of asphalt mixture that is mixed and compacted at a temperature of about 30°C lower than hot mix asphalt with the same quality as hot asphalt mixture, which uses less fuel so it is environmentally friendly. The research method is in the form of direct experiments in the laboratory using asphalt, namely 60/70 ex-rabana penetration oil asphalt, using wax and zeolite additives. wax additive 1% by weight of asphalt and zeolite. 1% aggregate to lower the asphalt temperature by using a mixture of warm asphalt on the AC-WC layer and AC-BC layer. The purpose of this study was to analyze and compare the effect of the warm mix asphaltic mixture using fly ash and bottom ash waste for each oil asphalt mixture with parameter values and optimum asphalt content (KAO) from tests in accordance with the general specifications of Bina Marga in 2018 Revision 2. testing using the marshall immersion and cantabro methods with the highest results for the AC-WC layer according to the height of the mixture test using fly ash and bottom ash added with zeolite additives with a value of 99.337%. in the AC-BC layer the residual strength index value, with the highest value found in a mixture of fly ash and bottom ash plus wax with a value of 98.503%. in the cantabro test with a residual or thirst presentation value, on the AC-WC layer the standard mixture added with wax got a value of 3.02%. For a mixture that uses fly ash and bottom ash with added wax of 1% with a value of 2.99% obtained. For the standard AC-BC layer that uses added wax, the value is 3.93%. In a mixture that uses fly ash and bottom ash, the acidity value obtained is 4.35%.
