PENERAPAN TEKNIK INTERPOLASI LAGRANGE DAN INTERPOLASI FRAKTAL DALAM MODEL PERSEDIAAN PRODUK PANGAN
The use of interpolation techniques can be applied to inventory problems where some data cannot be determined with certainty. This study aims to determine the optimal amount of rice stock at the Regional Bureau of Logistics Bureau of South Sumatra & Babel using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model and the application of Lagrange interpolation techniques and fractal interpolation. Based on rice supply data for 2021, the accuracy rate for rice supplies is obtained using Lagrange interpolation of 30.75% and fractal interpolation with d_i=0.1;0.25;0.5;0.75;0.9, an error obtained d_i=0. 9 of 8.72% optimal rice supply of 1,180,965.38 kg and a cycle time of 0.71 each month from January to December 2021.
