ANALISIS PERENCANAAN PERSEDIAAN DAGING BEKU DI PERUM BULOG DIVISI REGIONAL SUMATERA SELATAN BANGKA BELITUNG MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PERSEDIAAN WAKTU DISKRIT DAN LEADTIME
Inventory management is needed to overcome the occurrence of excessive stock, especially for perishable products. Excessive stock can cause a product to become damaged or expire. This study aims to determine frozen meat inventory planning and the total cost required at Perum BULOG Divre Sumsel Babel using the analytical matrix method processed using Quasi-Birth-Death with discrete time and leadtime. It was found that the inventory level increased in each period with an average increase of 2.4336% and an average increase in total cost of 17.2056%.
