This study aims to describe the career adaptability of university students who carry out the independent Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a picture of career adaptability in university colleges students who carry out the independent Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka. Participants in this study were 297 people and 45 people for a tryout with the criteria of final semester undergraduate students who were not in MBKM, students who were and had been in MBKM. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. This study used a standard scale that has been used by Sulistiani, Suminar, & Hendriani (2019) as a measuring tool that is also aimed at students, namely the career adaptability scale which refers to career adaptability dimensions from Sarvickas and Porfeli (2012). The results of the study showed that the career adaptability variable had differences between students who did not participate in MBKM and those who took part in MBKM among students in tertiary institutions who carried out the MBKM program.
