This study aims to provide an image of job involvement on police officer. The hypothesis on this study is there is an image of job involvement on police officer. Respondents in this study were 100 police officer that works under the jurisdiction of Polres West Pasaman. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. the measuring instrument used on this study is job involvement scale that researcher constructed with validation 0.980. The validity test was carried out using correlated item total correlation technique using the IBM SPSS Statistic 2016 for windows. The result shows that majority of police officer has high level of job involvement as seen from the result of categorization that has been carried out. furthermore the research also found that the high level of job involvement on police caused of the job demand of a police itself that required high level of involvement. Polri as organization also has great effect toward the involvement level of the police officer
