OPTIMISME DAN JOB INSECURITY PADA PEKERJA OUTSOURCING.
This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between optimism with quantitative job insecurity in outsourced workers and relationship between optimism with qualitative job insecurity in outsourced workers. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between optimism and quantitative job insecurity in outsourced workers and relationship between optimism with qualitative job insecurity in outsourced workers. The population in this study are outsourced workers in Indonesia. The research sample used was 100 people in data collection and 50 people were use as trial participants. The data collection technique used accidental sampling. The measuring instrument used is the job insecurity scale which refers to aspects of Hellgren, Sverke and Issackson (1999) and the optimism scale refers to dimensions of Seligman (2006).
