This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between belief in a just world and happiness in outsourcing employees. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between belief in a just world and happiness outsourcing employees.This study used 200 respondents from outsourcing employees for data collection and used 30 outsourcing employees for trials. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling. The measuring instrument used, namely the belief in a just world scale, refers to the dimensions of Dalbert (1999) and the happiness scale refers to aspects of happiness according to Seligman (2011).
