The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between work engagement and burnout of honorer teachers in 3T area. The hypothesis in this study is that thare is a relationship between work engagement and burnout. The pasticipants in this study were 101 honorer teachers in 3T area. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used is the burnout scale which refers to the burnout dimention of Maslach dan Leiter (2017) and work engagement scale which refers to the work engagement dimention of Schaufeli, Salanova, Gonzalez-Rom dan Bakker (2002). Data analysus using Spearman Rank correlation technique. The results of the correlation analysis showed that work engagement and burnout showed a significance value of 0,000 (p < 0,05) with a value of r = -0,714, which means that there is negative relationship between the two variables. Thus, the hypothesis proposed in this study can be accepted.
