Background: The role of parents in maintaining children's dental health is influenced by knowledge, social, and economic. In general, children aged 6-12 years have a high risk of caries because at this school age children usually do not maintain oral hygiene, eat cariogenic foods, and have bad habits.Objective: To explain the relationship of knowledge, social, and economic of parents towards dental caries children aged 6-12 years. Materials and Methods: The systematic review was carried out in the form of a systematic review with a qualitative analysis of 15 journals. Results: There is a relationship between knowledge, social, and economic of parents towards dental caries in children aged 6-12 years.
