KARAKTERISTIK JENIS AKSES HEMODIALISA PADA PASIEN CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE DI RSUP DR. MOHAMMAD HOESIN TAHUN 2021.
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a state of abnormality in the structure of the kidneys characterized by a decrease in LFG ≤ 60ml/1.73 m2 for more than 3 months and is a serious health problem in the world. Hemodialysis is the most widely used treatment as a replacement therapy for kidney function by ESRD sufferers. There are 2 types of vascular access in chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis, namely temporary vascular access and permanent vascular access. This research aims to determine the characteristics of the type of access to Hemodialysis in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital in 2021. This research is a categorical descriptive study with sampling using total sampling. The data taken is secondary data from the medical records of chronic kidney disease inpatients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang in 2021. Then the data were analyzed through univariate. In this study, 151 chronic kidney disease patients were obtained who underwent hemodialysis therapy at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang in 2021. The average age distribution of chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy is 47.56 years with a minimum value at 4 years old and a maximum value of 50 years. Sex variation is dominated by females (56%). The most stage is stage 5 (99.4%). The most variation in comorbid diseases was hypertension (42.8%). The majority of vascular access variations used temporary vascular access (61%). Permanent hemodialysis access is dominated by the Brachiocephalic fistula type of access (46.3%). Temporary vascular access is dominated by the double lumen long term catheter access type (76.3%). The variation in the type of venous access in the short term double lumen cathteter is dominated by femoral venous access and the variation in the type of venous access in the long term double lumen catheter is the internal jugular vein access. At RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang in 2021, the sex variation of CKD patients undergoing hemodalisa therapy was dominated by women, the average patient age value was 47.5 years. The stage of the majority of patients is stage 5. The most variation of the patient's comorbid disease is hypertension. Permanent vascular access is dominated by temporary vascular access. This type of temporary hemodialysis access uses more of the double lumen long term catheter access type. This type of permanent hemodialysis access most uses the brachiocephalica fistula access type. The venous access most widely used by the double lumen long term catheter access type is the internal jugular vein and the short term double lumen catheter access type is the femoral vein.
