Backgrounds: Coronary heart disease is a condition where there is inadequate blood supply to the heart and is the second leading cause of death in Indonesia. Researcher developed a WhatsApp-based chatbot that contains information about coronary heart disease and its prevention. Utilization of technology-based learning tools such as the MiPJK chatbot can increase public knowledge about risk factors for coronary heart disease so that morbidity and mortality from CHD can be reduced. Method: This study is a quasi-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample used in this study consisted of 22 workers at the Active Cahaya Rabbani Foundation, Palembang City, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The study was conducted from August to December 2022. Data was taken through direct measurements, interviews, and filling out questionnaires via the Google form and processed using the STATA 15 application. Result: There is a significant difference in the average level of knowledge (pvalue = 0.039) after education through chatbot based on the results of the pre-test and post-test scores. Conclusion: The MiPJK chatbot has proven to be effective in increasing knowledge about coronary heart disease. Keywords: Chatbot, Knowledge, Coronary Heart Disease.
