FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEPUASAN PASIEN TERHADAP SISTEM ANTRIAN DI INSTALASI FARMASI RUMAH SAKIT HERMINA OPI JAKABARING
Background: Queuing is a common thing in life and is one of the main problems affecting health services with limited facilities. One of the best services is to provide fast service so as not to let customers wait too long. This study aims to determine factors related to patient satisfaction with the queue system for outpatient prescription services at the Hermina OPI Jakabaring Hospital Pharmacy Installation. Methods: This study used an analytic observational method with a cross sectional design. The sample in this study were outpatients at the Hermina OPI Jakabaring Hospital Pharmacy Installation who met the inclusion criteria. The sample in this study was 90 people using the consecutive sampling technique. Results: There is a significant relationship between age (p= 0.000), gender (p= 0.015), tangibles (p= 0.000), responsiveness (p= 0.000), reliability (p= 0.000), assurance (p= 0.000), empathy (p = 0.000) with patient satisfaction with the queue system at the Hermina OPI Jakabaring Hospital Pharmacy Installation. While education level (p = 0.172) and income (p = 0.082) did not have a significant relationship with patient satisfaction with the queuing system at the Hermina OPI Jakabaring Hospital Pharmacy Installation. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between age, gender, tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy with patient satisfaction with the queuing system at the Hermina OPI Jakabaring Hospital Pharmacy Installation. Meanwhile, education level and income do not have a significant relationship with patient satisfaction with the queuing system at the Jakabaring Hermina OPI Hospital Pharmacy Installation.
