Concrete is a construction material that is widely used in building structures work in Indonesia . A large number of the use of concrete in the construction of the increasing need for concrete material . Various attempts have been made by many people in order to obtain a high compressive strength of the material . the use of other similar materials that reduce the use of coarse aggregate and cement . Efforts are made to this is the use of pumice as coarsc aggregate substitute derived from Bangka and fly ash as a cement substitute that comes from the power plant in Tanjung Enim, South Sumatera . Steps being taken in this research is the study of literature , material preparation and testing conducted at the Laboratory of Concrete PT . Sucofindo . Foliowed by Mix Design testing using SNI method , the manufaeture of the test specimen in the form of a cube the size of 15cm x 15cm x 15cm with each variation were 3 specimens with care 7.14, and 28 days . Testing the strength of concrete with concrete quality plan K250 . The proportion of the mixture in this study used five variations of 0 % , 5 % , 10%, 15 % , 20 % with a pumice stone as coarse aggregate and the substitution of fly ash as a cement substitute by 20 % and the addition of 1 % sikament LN . From the analysis. the researchers produce lightweight concrete beragregat . The results showed that the highest compressive strength of the percentage of 0 % (normal concrete ) 289.783 kg/cm2 and volume weight of 2306.02 kg/m3 . Concrete compressive strength approaching that of normal concrete pumice substitution of 5% and 20 % fly ash with a compressive strength of 235.418 kg/cm2 and volume weight of 2258.469 kg/mr\ the compressive strength is decreased by 18 761 % and 2,064 % volume weight of normal concrete.
