PERENCANAAN PENJADWALAN PENGERINGAN SUMP SERTA PENAMBANGAN DALAM UPAYA MENCAPAI TARGET FINALISASI PIT 1 TIMUR DAN UTARA DI TAHUN 2022 PT. BUKIT ASAM, TBK

PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk (PTBA) plans to carry out finalization activities on Pit 1 East and North. However, in the implementation of the East and North Pit 1 finalization activities there was an obstacle, namely the final design locations for East and North Pit 1 which based on the RKAP there were still 4 (four) sump that flooded, that is sump north, sump middle, sump south, and sump east so a draining plan is needed jump then a mining scheduling plan to achieve the finalization target pit in 2022. Based on calculations using Minescape 5.7 use tools sample - polygon, it is known the total reserves remaining on pit 1 East and North of 2,418,670.58 tons of coal by volume overburden of 5,381,828.51 BCM. Based on the drying scenario results sump which has been planned using the 7 available pump units, including 3 units of Multiflo 385 HP, 2 units of Multiflo 420 EXHV, 1 unit of KSB DND 200 MHX, 1 unit of KSB LSA, obtained a dry schedule sump middle on May 10, 2022, sump north on May 19, 2022, sump south on May 26, 2022, and sump east on June 14, 2022. After obtaining a dry schedule sump, then calculated plan production based on the capability of the available equipment with an estimate that all reserves will be exhausted in October 2022 so that a draft is obtained sequence mining on a monthly scale starting from May to October 2022 with a total of 652,492.14 tons and overburden of 2,622,230.14 BCM, SR 4.02:1 with an opening area of 32.29 ha and the final bench on RL -48 for Pit 1 North and to Pit 1 East obtained a total coal tonnage of 1,766,178.44 tons and overburden of 2,751,319.01 BCM, SR 1.56:1 with an opening area of 35.70 ha and the final bench at RL -50. Based on the results of the tool requirements analysis, for fleet overburden required 1 unit of Komatsu PC 2000 and 4 units of Liebherr R9100 paired with 29 units of Komatsu HD 785 in May to September 2022 and 2 units of Liebherr R9100 paired with 12 units of Komatsu HD 785 in October. Whereas for fleet coal, 4 units of Komatsu PC400 are needed paired with 28 units of Quester CWE 280 from May to October 2022. Based on the planned mining scheduling plan, a final schedule is obtained Pit 1 East and North with final schedule estimates Pit 1 North in September 2022 and Pit 1 East in October 2022.
