This research produced a barcode book teaching material based on the local wisdom of Ogan Komering Ilir on theme 1, the cultural diversity of my nation subtheme in class IV SDN 1 Mulyaguna and to determine the validity and feasibility/practicality of the teaching material. This study uses a 3D development model (Define, Design, Development). The validation results obtained from material experts were 95.1% with a valid category. The validation results obtained by design experts are 95.7% with a valid category. The validation results obtained by expert practitioner validation are 92% with a valid category. The test results for students were 98.7% in the very practical category. Based on this, the Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) local wisdom barcode book teaching materials are valid/decent and practical to use in learning.
