Background. Scabies is a disease caused by Sarcoptes scabiei varietas hominis mites infestation, which attack the skin and lead to severe itch. It can be spread by direct or indirect contact. This study was aimed to determine the relationship between age, sex, and knowledge level with scabies incidence. Method. This study was an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional approach. This study took place in Nurul Qomar Islamic Boarding School Palembang in July until December 2022. Data were collected by questionnaires, and as for clinical diagnostic was established by the presence of 2 from 4 scabies cardinal signs. The data processed in univariate and bivariate forms with Chi-square test. Result. The results showed that there were 87 samples which selected from inclusion criterias, 46% were scabies positive. Based on sociodemographic criterias, there were 57.5% samples included in young teen category, and 54% of all samples were male. As for knowledge level, only 39.1% samples that included in bad knowledge level group. Bivariate test showed that each probability scores for relationship between age, sex, and knowledge level were p=0.660, 0.143, 0.871. Conclusion. There were no specific relationship between age, sex, and knowledge level with scabies incidence.
