PREVALENSI DAN FAKTOR RISIKO PERDARAHAN PASCASALIN DI RSUP DR MOHAMMAD HOESIN PALEMBANG
Postpartum haemorrhage was defined as blood loss of more than 500 ml in vaginal delivery or more than 1000 ml in cesarean section delivery. Several risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage are age, parity, birth spacing, multifetal pregnancies, body mass index, and method of delivery. The prevalence of postpartum hemorrhage in the world is around 1-6% and this figure is quite high. This study aims to determine the number of prevalence and risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage in Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. This study used an observational descriptive method with a cross sectional design. Retrieval of data using total sampling technique and will be processed using the SPSS application. The data used are secondary data, namely the medical record of postpartum bleeding patients at the Medical Record Installation of RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang from 2020 to 2021 There were 107 cases of postpartum hemorrhage (3,68%), 55 cases in 2020 (3,39%) and 52 cases in 2021 (4.03%).
