ANALISA KEANDALAN SISTEM DISTRIBUSI 20 KV PADA PENYULANG KACER GARDU INDUK SEDUDUK PUTIH MENGGUNAKAN METODE FAILURE MODES AND EFFECT ANALYSIS
The electricity industry in Indonesia is an important sector for the whole society. System reliability index is one of the things that need attention. Therefore, this study analyzes the reliability of the 20 KV system at the Kacer Feeder Seduduk Putih Substation using calculation of SAIFI, SAIDI, CAIDI, ASAI, and ASUI index obtained from using Failure Modes And Effect Analysis method, where these index will be compared with standard according to SPLN and IEEE. Calculation of index values for SAIFI, SAIDI, CAIDI, ASAI, and ASUI obtained successive results of 1.317200 times/customer/year, 2.483546 hours/customer/year, 1.859481 hours/interruption, 0.999629, 0.000371. Standard index values according to SPLN in the calculation of SAIFI, SAIDI, CAIDI index values are 3.2 times/customer/year, 2.1 hours/customer/year, 6.5 hours/interruption, and for SAIFI, SAIDI, CAIDI, ASAI, and ASUI index values according to IEEE are 1.45 times/customer/year, 2.3 hours/customer/year, 1.47 hours/interruption, 0.999, 0.001. From the calculations that have been obtained, it shows that the kacer feeder is considered reliable based on the SPLN standard. Meanwhile, based on IEEE standards, the reliability indices of SAIFI, ASAI, and ASUI are considered reliable, but the reliability indices of SAIDI and CAIDI are not yet reliable.
