The location of this study is in the Sukamaju area, Bogor regency, West Java province. The research location is located in Mandala Basin Bogor. Mandala Bogor Basin according to Martodjojo (1984) has changed from time to time throughout the tertiary–quaternary period. Morphological conditions that have a high elevation and steep slopes, as well as poor land use are factors that cause the movement of rocks or soil (landslides). The study was conducted using field observation methods to obtain evidence of landslides that occurred in the study area and slope stability analysis based on Geographic Information System using Normal Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and Relief Diversity parameters conducted with GIS applications. 2D mapping was conducted using Unnamed Aerial Vehicle (UAV) to determine the real-time vegetation conditions of the study site. Vegetation index has relation to Relief Diversity where if the value of Relief Diversity Index is high then the value of vegetation index is low. Landslide hazard map of the study area shows that the study area has a high level of landslide vulnerability. Keywords: NDVI, Relief Diversity, Landslide, Slope Stability, UAV
