This study aims to determine PPKn teachers' strategies in instilling character intelligence values in class XI IPA at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi, Empat Lawang Regency. The type of research used in this study was qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. Based on the presentation of the data that has been done, it can be concluded that the PPKn teacher's strategy in instilling the values of character intelligence of students in class XI IPA of SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi is by 1) Habituation, planting character intelligence values which include 4 aspects namely Responsibility, Integrity, Forgiveness, and Having compassion is carried out by familiarizing students with positive behaviors in everyday life, 2) Making Agreements, in the Merdeka Learning Curriculum no longer applied to punishment and rewards. ), and 3) The educator's approach to students.
