Ferry transportation service is one of the most important transportation in Indonesia which is the largest archipelagic country in the world. However, Indonesia ranks 2nd out of 43 countries with the most ferry accidents and deaths from ferry accidents in the world. The Egg Aggregated Model (TEAM) is a model or framework that describes safety culture. In the TEAM technology domain, there are 5 variables that affect safety performance, namely technology, procedures, behavior, training, and safety knowledge. The analysis of this research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and the results show that the technology variables with procedures and behavior have a significant effect on safety performance with a hypothesis value below 0.005. While the training variable has no effect on safety performance with a hypothesis value above 0.005. So that good procedures and behavior can be carried out as an effort to maximize safety performance, while training or training needs to be reviewed because it does not affect safety performance.
