ANALISIS MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA YANG MENGGUNAKAN E-LEARNING DI PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI FKIP UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This study aims to describe the learning motivation of students who use e-learning in the Economics Education Study Program, FKIP, Sriwijaya University. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and triangulation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study motivation of students using e-learning in the Economics Education Study Program, FKIP Sriwijaya University, were in the good category with an average of (79%). The learning motivation of students who use e-learning in the indicators of desire and desire to succeed is categorized as good (81.08%), there is encouragement for learning needs which is categorized as sufficient (75.9%), there are hopes and aspirations for the future which are categorized as good ( 82.58%), there is appreciation in learning which is categorized as good (77.11%), there are interesting activities in learning which are categorized as good (79.42%), and there is a conducive learning environment which is categorized as good (78%). Researchers suggest that students can increase their learning motivation, both face-to-face and virtual (e-learning), especially in the indicators of encouragement and need in learning, it is expected that lecturers, parents, and students themselves can encourage them to be motivated to learn even though through a distance (e-learning) and students can make learning a necessity for each individual in order to achieve goals.
