Background: Malnutrition is a common problem in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Assessment and monitoring of nutritional status in patients need to be done so that malnutrition could be prevented. This study aims to assess the nutritional status of patients undergoing hemodialysis using MIS at RSUP dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Method: The type of this study is descriptive observational with a cross-sectional study design. This study uses primary data obtained from patient interviews, as well as secondary data obtained from the Medical Record Installation and Central Laboratory Installation for the period October 2022. The sample in the study was taken using the total sampling technique with a total of 132 respondents. Result: From the 132 samples, 105 people (79.5%) had good nutritional status, 25 people (18.9%) were mildly malnourished, and 2 people (1.5%) were moderately malnourished. Conclusion: The majority of chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis at RSUP dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang have good nutritional status.
