The world of education has a major changes due to COVID-19, namely the implementation of which is mostly carried out remotely or boldly. PSPD Sriwijaya University also implements online learning in all lecture activities, including the skills clinic (skill lab). The purpose of this study was to find out the perceptions of lecturers and students about the ability to acquire clinical skills bravely at PSPD Sriwijaya University. This research is a descriptive observational study with a cross-sectional. The samples were lecturers and students at PSPD Universitas Sriwijaya who met the inclusion criteria with a total sampling technique for the student sample, and consecutive sampling for the lecturer sample. The data used are primary data obtained through filling out questionnaires. There were 42 samples of lecturers and 177 samples of students who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that the majority of students had a good perception of motivation and learning atmosphere, but in terms of self-confidence, 2 of the 7 statement items obtained a bad perception from the respondents, while the other items had a good perception. In each point of the lecturer's statement, the respondent had a bad perception. The perceptions of lecturers and students regarding the ability of clinical skills obtained online at PSPD Sriwijaya University have contradictory results. For students, most of the respondents had a good perception while the lecturers had a bad perception.
