Hypospadias is multifactorial disease in wich many causative factors involved. So that clinical profile research in wich there are factors that cause hypospadias is important to do. This study aims to describe the clinical profile of patients hypospadias at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang period 2019-2021.This study is a descriptive observational with a retrospective design. The samples were patients at the medical record installation of RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang at January 2019-December 2021 who meet the inclusion criteria and was used patients secondary data was taken using the total sampling. There were 45 hypospadias patients recruited in this study. Age group 0-5 years (44,4%) and majority of hypospadias patients from outside Palembang city (68,9%). Main complaint is abnormal location of the meatus urethral (95,6%). The most common type of hypospadias was proximal hypospadias (53,3%) and family history not found.
