The Toddler Family Development Group is one of the government programs in stunting prevention. One of the districts in Jambi Province with the highest stunting prevalence rate is Muaro Jambi Regency at 27.2%. Stunting prevention efforts through the implementation of the Toddler Family Development Group in Muaro Jambi Regency are still not optimal. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Toddler Family Development Group in preventing stunting in Muaro Jambi Regency. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach to 13 informants. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) conducted in Pondok Meja Village and Tempino Village, Mestong District, Muaro Jambi Regency in March 2022. The results of this study indicate that the input elements are Man (HR), Money (funds). and Materials (infrastructure) implementation of the Toddler Family Development Group in Stunting Prevention in this area has not been optimal. The number and adequacy, qualifications, capabilities and even the involvement of human resources for Toddler Family Development cadres in Muaro Jambi Regency are not sufficient and meet the established criteria. There is no budget related to the implementation of the Toddler Family Development group in preventing stunting. In addition, infrastructure facilities are also not yet available. Elements of the process in terms of the implementation of the Toddler Family Development Program in Muaro Jambi Regency can be said to have not been implemented in accordance with the Implementation Guidelines (JUKLAK) and Technical Guidelines (JUKNIS) of the Toddler Family Development Program. Several indicators for assessing the implementation of the Toddler Family Development group in it, namely planning, organizing, implementing and controlling, have not been optimal. The output element can be seen from the existence of sensitive intervention services that can be measured based on the low understanding of informants in stunting prevention so that this program has not been implemented properly. Further and progressive action is needed so that the program to be achieved can be realized properly through improving the quality of PKB/PLKB and other Toddler Family Development Cadres, and more serious attention is needed in improving facilities and infrastructure that support these Toddler Family Development activities. activity.
