Hypertension is a degenerative disease that is the biggest cause of death in the world, 1 in 3 people in the world suffer from hypertension. It is estimated that the number of people with hypertension will continue to increase, namely 1.5 billion people in 2025. One of the risk factors for hypertension is lack of physical activity. This study aims to determine the relationship between physical activity and hypertension in workers during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indralaya District. The research method uses observational research with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling, with a total of 100 samples.
