HUBUNGAN FAKTOR LINGKUNGAN FISIK DENGAN KEJADIAN MALARIA DI INDONESIA (LITERATURE REVIEW).
Malaria is an infectious disease that is still a major problem in public health. Papua is the highest endemic area with 79% of cases in Indonesia, followed by NTT Province and West Papua Province. The Indonesian Ministry of Health has a target of complete malaria elimination by 2030. The stages of malaria elimination in Indonesia are at the district/city, provincial, regional and national levels. Factors that can affect the occurrence of malaria are temperature, humidity, bushes, wall, and puddle. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the physical environment and the incidence of Malaria in Indonesia. This research was conducted using the literature review method and using the Google Scholar, PubMed, Garuda, and National Library databases to search for articles according to published topics from 2016 to 2020 with research locations in Indonesia. The articles obtained were then screened and assessed for article quality using the guidelines of The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal Tool For Use in JBI Systematic Review conducted by the researcher, then extracted into a table and synthesized data into a table of analysis techniques. descriptive. The results of this study obtained a total of 23.645 articles, after the screening, 17 articles were entered to be assessed for quality. Then obtained 14 final articles that deserve to be analyzed. From the 14 articles, 7 of them examined the relationship between bushes and the incidence of Malaria in Indonesia and there were 6 articles (85,71%) that showed a relationship. 5 articles (71,4%) reporting that showed a relationship between puddle and malariae. 4 articles (50%) reporting that showed a relationship between wall and malariae and 3 articles (66,67%) reporting that showed a relationship between themperature and humidity and malariae. It can be seen that bushes is the physical environmental factor that is most proven to affect the incidence of malaria in Indonesia compared to other physical environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, wall, and puddle.
