ANALISIS RISIKO KESEHATAN LINGKUNGAN PAPARAN POLUSI UDARA (NO2, SO2, CO, TSP DAN DEBU) TERHADAP FUNGSI PARU PETUGAS STASIUN PENGISIAN BAHAN BAKAR UMUM (SPBU) DI WILAYAH KERTAPATI KOTA PALEMBANG.
Public Refueling Stations are places with high levels of air pollution exposure (NO2, SO2, CO, TSP and Dust) due to the large number of vehicles coming in and out when refueling oil. A person who is at risk of being affected by air pollution is a gas station officer. The purpose of this study was to analyze the environmental health risks of exposure to air pollution (NO2, SO2, CO, TSP and Dust) to the lung function of gas station officers in the kertapati area of Palembang city. This type of research is descriptive research with environmental health risk analysis methods and environmental health epidemiology. The sample of respondents was taken with the Random Sampling System and the Slovin Formula, which was obtained by 26 respondents. The results showed an average of 5 concentrations from 3 gas stations for NO2 concentrations of 957 μg/Nm3 ,SO2 1,777 μg/Nm3 ,CO 660 μg/Nm3 ,TSP 27 μg/Nm3,and Dust 28 μg/Nm3 . Gas station officers who have normal lung function at the time of spirometric measurements are 4 officers, while the other 22 officers have the majority of them experiencing restrictions and mild obstruction disorders. There is no relationship between anthropometry, exposure patterns, smoking habits, previous disease history and allergy history with pulmonary function of gas station attendants. The calculation of the value (RQ) of air pollution concentrations NO2 and SO2 obtained RQ values > 1 while the concentrations of CO, TSP and dust obtained RQ values ≤ 1. Conclusions in this study require risk management and risk management strategies.
