Stunting is now not only a national problem but has become a global problem. Stunting is a condition of toddlers who have a short height compared to their age. Many factors cause stunting such as knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of mothers regarding exclusive breastfeeding and complementary foods. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge, attitudes, and practices of exclusive breastfeeding and complementary feeding to the incidence of stunting in 24-36 months toddlers in Nagari Muara Tais, Pasaman Regency. The research design is cross sectional. The sample of mothers of toddlers aged 24-36 months amounted to 87 people, the sampling technique was cluster sampling. Bivariate analysis using chi-square test and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression prediction model. The results showed that the incidence of stunting in toddlers 24-36 months was 33.3%. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between mother's knowledge (p-value = 0.014), mother's attitude (p-value = 0.015) and exclusive breastfeeding practice (p-value = 0.002) and complementary feeding (p-value = 0.0040) and there is no correlation between infectious diseases (p-value = 0.644) with the incidence of stunting. The results of multivariate analysis are variables that are significantly correlated to the incidence of stunting, namely the practice of exclusive breastfeeding giving and the practice of giving complementary foods which are controlled by confounding variables, namely mother's knowledge and attitudes. The most dominant variable with stunting was the practice of exclusive breastfeeding administration with an OR of 5.176 (95% CI OR: 1.421 - 18.855). With the results of this study, mothers of toddlers are expected to provide exclusive breastfeeding and complementary foods that are suitable for toddlers. Mothers are expected to visit the integrated healthcare center (posyandu) regularly to gain knowledge. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Exclusive Breastfeeding, Complementary Foods, Stunting
