APLIKASI PENGADUAN MASYARAKAT MENGGUNAKAN WEBSITE PADA DINAS KOMINFO KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM
Dinas Kominfo Of Muara Enim Regency had a public service function which is public complaints service, public complaints service would be done face-to-face or can be done by access a web. but this web has problem about accessibility and user interest and then this web need additional feature. The purpose of this research is to design and build a public complaints website based for solve that problem. Hope for the future this website can be helpful to ease public in case make a complaint and Dinas Kominfo can simply mapping problem that exist around. The methodology used for this research is RUP (Rational Unifed Process) as development system, and also use object oriented analysis method for system designed which use UML (Unified Modelling Language) as system modelling. The result of this final project is a public complaints app website based. And on the testing procces using Blackbox testing which is showing a good results according to the requirements.
