The objectives of this study were: (1) to calculate the potential of raw materials (coconut coir) that can be processed and products that can be produced from the coconut coir processing business at PT Bhumi Tirta Sriwijaya, Banyuasin Regency; (2) to measure the market potential of the product from the coconut coir processing business. at PT Bhumi Tirta Sriwijaya, Banyuasin Regency; and (3) to estimate the profits of the coconut coir business at PT Bhumi Tirta Sriwijaya, Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted at PT Bhumi Tirta Sriwijaya, Sritiga Village, Banyuasin Regency, Sumatera Selatan. The location was selected purposively. Data collection was carried out in February 2022. The methods used in this study were surveys and case study. The research sample was selected purposively considering the most knowledgeable person about coir processing business. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. The results showed that the potential of raw material for coconut coir that can be processed into cocopeat is 60% or as much as 290-300 tons and the potential for cocofiber is 30% or as much as 145-150 tons in one month of production. The market potential products resulting from the processing of coco coir at PT Bhumi Tirta Sriwijaya for an average sale to each consumer of 15-20 tons/consumer for cocopeat products and an average of 30 tons/consumer for cocofiber products. Profits obtained by PT Bhumi Tirta Sriwijaya in the last year amounted to Rp3.855.176.000 and estimated R/C 1,98. Thus, the processing of coco coir at PT Bhumi Tirta Sriwijaya is considered profitable.
