ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN UMKM SIRUP JAMBU AIR DI DESA ARISAN GADING KECAMATAN INDRALAYA SELATAN KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
The purposes of research were (1) To describe the process of processing watter apple syrup in MSME in Arisan Gading Village, South Indralaya Sub-District, Ogan Ilir Regency (2) To Analyze of the added value received from the diversification process of watter apple syrup products at MSME in Arisan Gading Village, South Indralaya Sub-District, Ogan Regency. Ilir and (3) To Analyze the MSME development strategy of Arisan Gading Village, South Indralaya Sub-District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The research was conducted in Arisan Gading Village, South Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Data collection was conducted in September 2022. The method used was a case study and the sampling method was purposive sampling method. The data collected in this study are primary and secondary data. The results of the study indicate that the stages of processing watter apple honey into syrup include cutting the watter apple, washing the watter apple, refining the watter apple, filtering the watter apple juice, cooking the watter apple juice and packing the watter syrup. The added value ratio obtained in the processing of watter apple honey into syrup is 48.62%, so that based on the criteria for determining the added value ratio, the processing of watter apple produces a high added value of more than 40%. The development strategy that should be carried out on MSME in Arisan Gading Village is located in quadrant I (S-O/Aggressive Strategy) which is to use strengths more to take advantage of existing opportunities and focus on existing potential.
