ANALISIS PRODUKSI KELAPA SAWIT DAN PENDAPATAN PETANI PLASMA SELAMA PANDEMI COVID 19 DI DESA BALIAN KECAMATAN MESUJI RAYA KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR
Abstract The development of oil palm farming is a supporting factor for economic growth, increasing income and expanding employment. The occurrence of natural disasters such as COVID-19 has affected community farming activities, as well as a serious disturbance to aspects of people's lives. Disasters that occur can cause socio-economic losses, physical and environmental losses, also have an impact on income levels and also disrupt the process of fulfilling people's living needs. The flow of production activities carried out by plasma farmers in Balian Village includes harvest preparation consisting of preparing the conditions of the area to be harvested, providing harvesters, dividing work sections for cutting fruit and transporting FFB to fruit transport cars, and procuring harvesting equipment. The income of oil palm farmers in Balian village before the COVID-19 pandemic was Rp1.753.582 /lg/15 days, and during the COVID-19 pandemic the income of plasma farmers was Rp1.012.590 /Lg/15 days. Analyzing the factors that influence palm oil production can use the classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing. Factors that affect oil palm production in Balian Village are land area, while factors that do not affect oil palm production are age and use of fertilizers.
