Building a Decision Support System for Choosing the Best Hotel using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) methods. In designing this decision support system through several stages and processes in order to get good research results. The combination of AHP and PROMETHEE was carried out because the AHP method is very good for determining criteria weights. While PROMETHEE determines the alternative to choose the highest value. Which uses these two combinations as a basis for making decisions to determine the best hotel. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that the design of a decision making system for choosing a hotel using the AHP and PROMETHEE methods is very good and useful for visitors. Weighting and ranking using the AHP and PROMETHEE methods have also been successful. Based on the results of usability testing that applied the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, the result is 0.83 with a very strong relationship level, so this system can be considered useful for users.
