The purpose of this study was to (1) analyze the characteristics of recipients of non-cash food assistance (BPNT) in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic against rice farmers in Payaraman sub-district, Ogan Ilir district. (2) Analyzing the factors that determine the distribution of non-cash food assistance (BPNT) in overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic to rice farmers in Payaraman sub-district, Ogan Ilir district and (3) to knowing the level of accuracy in receiving the distribution of non-cash food assistance (BPNT) in overcoming the covid-19 pandemic for rice farmers in Payaraman sub-district, Ogan Ilir district. Determination of the location is done intentionally (purposive sampling location). Data collection in this study was carried out in January 2021. The data collected were primary data and secondary data. The research method used is the survey method.The results of the study can be concluded (1) Most of the small rice farmers in Tanjung Lalang and Talang Sleman villages (57%) belong to the productive group, the education level of rice farmers is low (63%) where most of them are only able to complete their education to elementary school level ( Elementary school), the average number of dependents in the family is 5 people, and most of the ownership status (60%) are self-owned businesses.(2) The factors that significantly influence the variation in the income of small rice farmers are food and income, while the production and distribution factors and non-cash food assistance (BPNT) have no significant effect.The level of accuracy in receiving the distribution of non-cash food assistance (BPNT) in overcoming the covid-19 pandemic for rice farmers in the Payaraman sub-district of Ogan Ilir district obtained a score of 44.93 with medium criteria means that farmers have a good level of accuracy in accepting the distribution of non-cash food assistance (BPNT) in overcoming the covid 19 pandemic for rice farmers in Payaraman sub-district, Ogan Ilir district.
