PENGARUH BANTUAN MODAL DAN PENGGUNAAN E-COMMERCE TERHADAP PENDAPATAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH AGRIBISNIS SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KOTA PALEMBANG.
The Covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), people choose to stay at home and comply with the recommendations of the government, so that MSMEs experience a decrease in sales as a result of which MSMEs who are unable to adjust during the Covid-19 pandemic will gradually experience a decrease in income until they have to close their businesses. Therefore, MSMEs need capital assistance to maintain their business and use e-commerce as a place for transactions to break the chain of spread of Covid-19. The objectives of this study are (1) What are the types of capital assistance received by Agribusiness MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic in Palembang City (2) What are the e-commerce platforms used by agribusiness MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic in Palembang City (3) Analyze the effect of capital assistance and the use of e-commerce partially on the income of Agribusiness MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic in Palembang City, (4) Analyze the effect of capital assistance and the use of e-commerce together on The income of Agribusiness MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic in Palembang City, (5) Describe the obstacles and strategies faced by Agribusiness MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic in Palembang City. Data collection activities were carried out in September-October 2021 in Palembang City. The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is a research method using a questionnaire. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling with a population of 472 and 71 samples were taken. The data processing method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that (1) the types of capital assistance received by agribusiness MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic are BLT and BTPKLW (2) The e-commerce platforms used by agribusiness MSMEs are Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, Website, Shoppe, Tokopedia, Lazada, Gofood, Grabfood, Shoppe food (3) based on the T test, there is a significant effect of capital assistance and partial use of e-commerce on the income of agribusiness MSMEs with a signification value of
