This study aimed to determine the effect of vermicompost and watering intervals on the growth and yield of tatsoi (Brassica narinosa L.). This study was carried out at Jalan Putri Rambut Selko (2°59'47.4"S 104°43'49.0"E), Palembang City, South Sumatra Province, from August to October 2022. This study used Factorial Randomized Block Design method which consisted of 2 factors, i.e. the provisions of vermicompost and the watering interval. The first factor was application of vermicompost (V), which consisted of 4 levels, i.e. V0 = control, V1 = 50 g of vermicompost, V2 = 100 g of vermicompost and V3 = 150 g of vermicompost. The second factor was watering interval (A) which consists of 2 levels, i.e. A1 = watering everyday and A2 = watering every two days. The total treatment consisted of 8 treatment combinations with 3 replications and each replication contained 3 plants, so there were 72 experimental units. The data were analyzed by ANOVA and continued with 5% LSD test. The results showed that the application of vermicompost Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of 100 g vermicompost giving the best effect on the growth of tatsoi shoots and watering every two days give the highest root growth in terms of root length.
