PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KEMATANGAN LAYANAN TI PADA UPT PERPUSTAKAAN UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 2019
The use of information technology in libraries is aimed at ensuring easy access, streamlining operations, improving the quality of service, and simplifying and speeding up information gathering. UPT Sriwijaya University Library has implemented information technology into its daily operations but has never properly evaluated IT service governance. For the organization to achieve its goals, it must be supported by good IT service governance assessments to optimize the applied information technology to improve service quality and enable the organization to achieve the goals to be achieved. Given that the Sriwijaya University Library UPT is the main library for the entire Sriwijaya University academic community that provides various services and user needs, it is necessary to manage information technology at the Sriwijaya University Library UPT. One of the governance frameworks used is COBIT 2019. COBIT 2019 is flexible and adaptable, enabling organization to adapt their organizational goals to the activities currently underway, especially information technology activities. In an IT service measurement conducted by analyzing domains EDM04, APO11, and DSS05, domain EDM04 had a maturity measurement of level 2 (Managed), domain APO11 at level 2 (Managed), and the DSS05 domain is at level 3 (Defined). Expectations are at level 4 (Quantitative), then there is a gap and requires improvement suggestions to close the gap and reach expectations.
