PENERAPAN METODE YOU ONLY LOOK ONCE (YOLOV3) UNTUK MENDETEKSI JUMLAH KENDARAAN, DAN METODE FUZZY MAMDANI UNTUK MENENTUKAN KEPADATAN KENDARAAN, SERTA ALGORITMA GENETIKA UNTUK MENENTUKAN JALUR TERBAIK PADA JALUR JALAN RAYA KOTA PALEMBANG
Congestion is a problem that often occurs in big cities caused by the increasing number of vehicles each year without being accompanied by the expansion of highways. There are 3 methods proposed, namely the You Only Look Once version 3 (YOLOv3) method, the Fuzzy Mamdani method, and the Genetic Algorithm. There are 2 types of datasets used, namely photo datasets for the modeling process and CCTV video datasets for model testing obtained from the Department of Transportation (DISHUB) and the Land Transportation Management Agency (BPTD) of Palembang City. The research conducted focuses on getting the best path based on predetermined scenarios. The best path resulting from the 2 possible existing paths is obtained by comparing the fitness values of the two paths, the greatest fitness value being the solution for the best path. The best path for each time produces the same best path, namely through the Polda intersection, angkatan 45 intersection, campus intersection, Samsat intersection, and reaches the destination.
