PERANKINGAN DAERAH MISKIN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA FUZZY LOGIC MODEL TAHANI
As a metropolitan area, the city of Palembang has no escape from the phenomenon of urban poverty. Seberang Ulu 1 Sub-district is included as an area that have high poverty rate in Palembang. Therefore the writer developed a ranking system with Fuzzy Logic Model Tahani that can help KOTAKU program to decide which neighborhood are the most impoverished in Seberang Ulu 1 Sub-district Palembang. The usage of Fuzzy Logic Algorithm Model Tahani is because it is able to decide which membership of an element, using database for storing and picking up data, and the datas that will be processed has form of homogen value. This Aplication can do ranking from 99 datas from 16 building quality variables. Ranking of the impoverished regions using Fuzzy Logic Algorithm Model Tahani has an accuracy rating of 40% if comparing all datas, 53% if comparing datas on rank 1-3, and 83 if just comparing data on rank 1
