PENGARUH PEMBERIAN VITAMIN E TERHADAP KUALITAS TELUR TETAS AYAM MERAWANG PADA KANDANG PEMBIBITAN 2022.
This study aims to determine the effect of adding vitamin E on the quality of hatching eggs of Merawang chickens in the nursery. This research was carried out for 14 weeks in a poultry experimental cage in Permata Baru Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency from October to December 2021. Experimental research with the Latin Square Design was carried out using Merawang chickens as many as 80 females and 12 males. This study used 4 treatments and 4 replications consisting of no vitamin E, 100 ppm vitamin E in the ration, 200 ppm vitamin E in the ration, 300 ppm vitamin E in the ration. The observed variables were egg weight, egg white weight, egg yolk weight, egg shell weight and unit value. Data analysis with Duncan Multiple Range Test. The results showed that the addition of vitamin E in the diet had a significant effect (P0.05) on egg weight, and egg white weight, egg shell weight, and Haugh unit values. broiled chicken eggs. The conclusion of this study was that the addition of vitamin E had a significant effect on egg weight, but did not significantly affect egg weight, egg weight, and egg weight of Merawang chickens.
